Brad cut his teeth on Cisco. Literally. He was one of the first high school students to graduate from the Cisco Networking Academy program. This outstanding success landed him a job at AT&T providing the highest level technical support for key customers. Once he reached tens of thousands of endpoints, he decided to help manage AT&T's entire Internet backbone for a while.

Brad currently runs ExtraTeam's Field Operations Group of brilliant engineers, and his goal is to make our customers Happy Campers. And he has the engineering certs to make it so. Brad's greatest desire is to stop falling off his motorcycle. Repeatedly.
