Neil keeps the team motivated and focused. He's passionate about customer service and comes from a long line of British engineers. Since the tender age of 12, he's been messing around with computers. He's a University of London graduate and alumni of IBM, CompuCom and a computer disaster recovery firm.

Neil is a Formula One fanatic (but, alas, not a Ferrari owner) and a sometime-serious skier. Not exactly Tiger Woods on the golf course, but he can explain cricket to Americans.

Neil's married with two children, Jack and Andrew. His favorite punch line is "Wom".
