Neil keeps the team motivated and focused. He’s passionate about customer service and comes from a long line of British engineers. Since the tender age of 12, he’s been messing around with computers. He’s a University of London graduate and alumni of IBM, CompuCom and a computer disaster recovery firm.
Neil is a Formula One fanatic (but, alas, not a Ferrari owner) and a sometime-serious skier. Not exactly Tiger Woods on the golf course, but he can explain cricket to Americans.
Neil’s married with two children, Jack and Andrew. His favorite punch line is “WOM”.

Michelle’s the team manager. She coordinates players, manages projects and ensures quality of work. She formerly engineered positions at Intel, CompuCom and International Micronet Systems. You could say she has driving ambition – and has the BMW awards to prove it.
She’s married with two young boys, where it helps being an avid tap dancer. In her next life, she wants to play guitar in a rock and roll band.

Laura: Head cheerleader for ExtraTeam; smart cookie who previously held management positions and sold lots of stuff for Cisco. Prior to that, she sold lots of other stuff for Apple. She also knows how to calculate ROI and develop real solutions for your business problems.
Laura graduated from the College of William and Mary. She’s super Mom to children, William and Claire, and manages to take time to enjoy her horses Truck, Gator and Ibn. She’s also known for making a mean rosemary chicken.

Mark’s legendary oratory skills stem from a gig as a Cisco technology instructor. He writes well, too, having penned four books on Cisco’s networking technologies. Cisco really likes him and designated him one of the first partner Technology Solution Specialists nationwide. And he holds double CCIE certs, so he’s pretty sharp.
Mark is responsible for figuring out what’s important for our customers before they’ve even heard of it. In his spare time, Mark uses Twitter and GPS technology to track down the best food carts in the Bay Area. You can follow him at http://twitter.com/mmcgregor

Most customers refer to Mike as an amazing Microsoft technical expert, others just cut to the chase and call him a rock star. From explaining high level design concepts to detailed implementation specifications, Mike is articulate and thorough with every project. Customers love him so much, he’s singlehandedly responsible for much of the repeat Microsoft business that comes into the company—well at least he says he is. Mike is credited with a long list of impressive Microsoft certifications and has been a contributing author to two technology books.
As the Director of Engineering at ExtraTeam, Mike also works with customers on a “virtual CIO” capacity assisting with long-term strategic planning and budgeting. He has also given multiple seminars to large audiences evangelizing the benefits of Exchange, Lync, and System Center.

Working with our engineers, the Account Executive will determine the correct technical solution, and present and close opportunities. ExtraTeam Account Executives will also work with Inside Sales for ongoing customer support and satisfaction.
The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for supporting the outside Account Executives in providing total solutions for our customers. Successful Inside Sales Reps at ExtraTeam must possess strong communication and listening skills. Working with our engineers, the Inside Sales Rep will quote the correct technical solution, process deals and vendor registrations. Inside Sales also works with outside Account Executives for ongoing customer support and satisfaction.
