Andrew C. Reiben Joins SPS as Chief Financial Officer
Parsippany, NJ – February 4, 2014 - Strategic Products and Services (SPS), a unified communications systems integrator and managed service provider, today announced that Andrew C. Reiben has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Reiben will be based at SPS headquarters in Parsippany, New Jersey.
SPS specializes in design, installation and support of unified communications and collaboration applications, including video, mobility, infrastructure, bridging, contact center, and the associated managed and cloud-based services.
Reporting to John Poole, SPS president and CEO, Reiben will lead the accounting, finance, planning, control and compliance functions to meet SPS operational, strategic and growth objectives. Reiben will also oversee IT functions within SPS, including the deployment of strategic infrastructure and applications.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Reiben has financial and global operational experience in demanding, high-velocity businesses. Reiben’s areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, private equity, board relations, compliance, strategic planning and operational improvement.

Prior to joining SPS, Reiben served as CFO for Sterling Infosystems, Inc., a technology-based, international pre-employment screening company, where he guided the company to industry leading margins and managed the purchase and integration of several acquisitions. Reiben also served as CFO for ATC Healthcare, Inc., where he was instrumental in helping the publicly-traded company streamline operations to achieve consistent operational profitability. Reiben’s further experience includes executive leadership roles at CapeSuccess Inc., COMFORCE, and Daystar-Robinson.
